The 565m deep Nordfjord is located in the Norweigian county of Hordaland and is surrounded by a 1400m high mountain landscape. It is one of the longest fjords in the country.
The city lies on the Innvik Olden Fjord in Norway. From here you may take a trip to the Briksdal glacier.
Innvikfjord is a fjord located in the Stryn municipality, in Norway. It has a length of approximately 4.5 kilometres and it is a continuation of the Utvik fjord. Visitors should be prepared for a show of nature like no other. Innvikfjord also offers more glaciers than any other of the Norwegian fjords, in addition to offering spectacular views of the highest mountain peaks in the area. The little picturesque town of Olden is also located at the Innvikfjord.
Alesund is a Norwegian port town located in the North-West, which owes much of its architectural prowess to the fact that it had to be rebuilt anew in 1904 in Art Nouveau style after a big fire outbreak. The mountain of Aksla is where the best views in town can be enjoyed from. The mountain has 418 steps which lead to the town park. Ålesund is a good base for trips to the surrounding fjords such as the Geirangerfjord
