Breaking from the cruise industry across its fleet of four, adult-only, revolutionary ships, Virgin Voyages have broken cruise conventions – with flair. Cruise across Europe, the Caribbean, the South Pacific or hop on a Transatlantic cruise to experience it for yourself. Thrilling parties, immersive entertainment, private karaoke booths and a tattoo parlour are just the beginning. With 20+ specialty restaurants included in the price of your cruise, you are sure to get the most value. And, with menus created by a collective of Michelin-starred chefs, you can expect some seriously groundbreaking eats. If all that sounds a little fast-paced, you’ll be relieved to know there’s a generous helping of laid-back tranquillity on board too.
When there’s no main dining room – and the buffet’s all but scrapped, where do you go to eat? On Virgin Voyages, you choose from any of the 20+ onboard specialty eateries. Foodies will head straight for the Test Kitchen for cooking tips in this experimental food lab. Veggies and vegans will adore Razzle Dazzle’s focus on plant-based meals. Elsewhere, choosing between Korean BBQ, casual Mediterranean eats, poke bowls, pizza and sushi is a test in itself.
Virgin Voyages have given Broadway the heave-ho and replaced traditional musicals with raunchy, raucous and immersive performances. Late night cabaret, Shakespeare with a circus twist and a play that mingles dinner, romance and acrobatics. Expressive, often hilarious and not for the faint of heart, the performances across the ship push the boundaries – in all the right ways. For something a little more zen, a trip to Voyage Vinyl lets you pop on a pair of headphones and choose from a stack of classic, current and limited edition albums.
Forget aqua aerobics. On Virgin Voyages, you’re more likely to nip to the tattoo parlour before a heated game of air hockey. From the high tech and retro thrills of the gaming arcade to the more laidback board games in the Social Club, activities on board are different to the cruising norm. Health and wellness is a key feature, though expect the workouts come with laughter-filled moments peppered with innuendo. Yoga, meditation and tranquil spa moments are perfect places to recharge before the next party.
Sea Terraces, RockStar Quarters and Insiders – new cabin terminology for a new style of cruising. The quirks and changes aboard Virgin Voyages can take a little getting used to, but the fresh approach offers a new way to sail for seasoned cruisers. The changes to the onboard accommodation across all Virgin ships go beyond just the name. Hammocks on balconies, rainfall showers and an authentically eco approach to everything from energy to materials sets Virgin Voyages apart from the rest.
Virgin Voyages sail in three of the most sought after cruise destinations. With itineraries in Europe, the Caribbean and the South Pacific, the hardest part of your holiday will be choosing which voyage to join. Sail from Miami to explore coral reefs, voyage from Barcelona for overnights in Ibiza or join Virgin Voyages out of Auckland for an unforgettable cruise on the Tasman Sea. Voyages range from 4 night weekend cruises to 14 day itineraries.

There’s no dress code on Virgin Voyages ships. Which means there’s absolutely no restriction on what you can wear across any of the venues – day or night. During your cruise, there may be a ‘Scarlet Night’. On these nights guests – or sailors, are asked to wear red, but it’s not compulsory.
