The historic port city is located in north-western England and has a population of about 435 000. Bristol, with a population of about 440,000, is the UK's 8th most populous city. Tourists should visit Bristol Zoo, one of the oldest zoos in the world, Bristol Museum and Art Gallery and find the many works from street artist Banksy that are dotted around the city.
