Cape Town is the third largest city of South Africa with a population of almost 3.5 million and has been the city of the South African Parliament since 2004. Nosy Be is an island about 10 km off the northwest coast of Madagascar. Literally translated, the island's name means "big island" and is of volcanic origin. Thanks to its beautiful beaches and wild nature, Nosy Be is a known paradise for divers, boaters, sailors and fishermen.

Port Louis is the capital of Mauritius and is located in the Indian Ocean. With a population of around 170 000, the city is the largest as well as the cultural and economic center of the country.
