All information contained in any of our promotional material, e.g. brochures, advertisements, mail shots, websites, travel channel and e-shots, is based on information available at the time of publication. Every effort is made to keep our websites and promotions up to date but tour operators are continually updating their information so we cannot guarantee that this is reflected in the latest changes. We cannot include all the information relevant to the tour operator's holidays being promoted so it is important that you read their current brochure or visit their website for further details. We reserve the right to change any information before your booking is confirmed and the amended information will then form part of your contract with us. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and prices at the time of printing, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. Terms and Conditions:
‘Wave – All Inclusive’ rates are per person based on double occupancy (passenger 1 & 2). The rates are subject to change and may vary without notice. This offer is valid on new bookings only from 03/12/2024 to 31/03/2025, valid on selected Winter 24-25, Summer 25 & Summer 26 cruise only and fly cruise departures.
Under the ‘Wave – All Inclusive’ promotion, guests will be able to purchase selected departures at discounted rates. Customers can save up to £460 per person under the ‘Wave – All Inclusive’ promotion. The £920 cabin discount is based on MSC Seaside 28th April 2025 Marseille sailing, inside Bella cabin. This promotion is available on limited capacity, subject to the amount of cabins and flight seats available per departure.
This offer is subject to availability and confirmation by MSC Cruises and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. 3rd and 4th berth guests pay the usual applicable rate. For solo travelers, the applicable solo supplement can vary up to 100%, depending on the sailing chosen at the time of booking. Percentage amounts of discounts expressed in the promotion refer to the amount of discount in price verses the previous rate.
This promotion is combinable with any other discounts, including MSC Voyagers Club 5%, Voyagers Exclusives 5+5%. If customers book the ‘Wave – All Inclusive’ promotion onboard an MSC ship with the Future Cruise team, they will receive all other onboard benefits except the MSC Voyagers Club 5% and Voyagers Exclusives 5+5% discounts. If customers have a future cruise discount voucher, they can apply this to all sailings included in the ‘Wave – All Inclusive’ promotion. If customers have a FCC voucher for a re-protected sailing, they can apply this to a cruise in the ‘Wave – All Inclusive’ promotion. And Lastly, if customers have created an Open Booking with the Future Cruise team on board a MSC Cruises ship, they can convert this to a new booking and receive the applicable benefits except for discounts.

Only bookings taken under ‘All Inclusive Cruise Only’ , ‘All Inclusive Fly & Cruise’ price descriptions will receive the Premium Extra Drinks Package. The Premium Extra Drinks Package allows the guests to enjoy whilst on board, unlimited consumption of all drinks priced up to €/£14 or €16, with a maximum of 15 alcoholic beverages per day and can be used at all bars and dining venues on board and on private islands. Not applicable at Venchi 1878, Jean-Philippe Maury, or the MSC Virtuosa Starship Club.
Please be advised that Solo Supplements are also applicable to drinks packages when booked under the ‘with Drinks’ fare. All guests travelling together must book the same experience type and drinks package for dining arrangements.
For any other aspect not mentioned within the scope of this document, the general MSC terms & conditions will apply. Flights and any other add-ons including shore excursions will be available at the current selling rates, payable by all guests under the same booking unless clearly stated in the offer.
FLIGHTS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Fly Cruises depart from:
- Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dublin to Fiumicino (Rome)
- Manchester, Dublin to Barcelona
- Edinburgh to Naples
- Belfast, Bristol to Palma de Mallorca
MSC Fly Cruises offer the security of the ATOL scheme (Air Travel Organizers’ Licensing), ensuring your financial protection when you book a package trip that includes a flight. It's important to note that this protection is distinct from traditional travel insurance.
All Fly Cruises packages include direct flights to and from the embarkation port; comfortable transfers from the airport to the ship and back again; checked luggage and luggage recovery; assistance at airports; Airport taxes and rearrangement of your travel in case of flight delay.
Luggage Allowances are as follows:
Jet2: Baggage Max 22kg
Vueling: Baggage Max 25kg
Aer Lingus: Baggage Max 20kg +10kg
The Passenger will receive confirmation of flight timings and routes with their travel documents, which will be sent out approximately 7 days before departure.
A non-refundable deposit of £250 per person for air inclusive holidays (including infants of under 2 years) is due and payable by the Passenger at the time of Booking. This applies to all fly and cruise fares apart from FIT Live fares as highlighted above.
