General Promotion Terms & Conditions:

All information contained in any of our promotional material, e.g. brochures, advertisements, mail shots, websites, travel channel and e-shots, is based on information available at the time of publication. Every effort is made to keep our websites and promotions up to date but tour operators are continually updating their information so we cannot guarantee that this is reflected in the latest changes. We cannot include all the information relevant to the tour operator's holidays being promoted so it is important that you read their current brochure or visit their website for further details. We reserve the right to change any information before your booking is confirmed and the amended information will then form part of your contract with us. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and prices at the time of printing, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. Fly For Free

 promotional fares include cruise, port charges, return economy flights from London Heathrow, London Gatwick or Manchester Airport and group overseas transfers (between airport and ship and vice versa). Promotion is available on select European 2025 and 2026 departures for new FIT or Group bookings made between 1st January and 31st March 2025 in GBP. Promotion is combinable with retail savings offers as stated, AmaWaterways’ Past Passenger Loyalty Programme and Future Cruise Benefit Programme. Promotion is not combinable with any other offers, Special fares, FAM rates, Interline fares, incentives or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Flights from our included Regional Gateways (BRS, BHX, NCL, GLA, EDI, BFS, BHD, DUB) are available at £75pp supplement. Flights from alternative gateways and upgraded flight fares are available on request and may incur a supplement. Flight schedules and airlines used are fully at the discretion of AmaWaterways and flight timings may not be advised until after the booking is confirmed. Requests for alternative flight timings may incur a supplement. Cancellations are subject to a minimum of full loss of deposit plus any non-recoverable third-party fees, including but not limited to airfares. If travel arrangements are changed, promotion may be reassessed based on the date the change is made and on any change to dates of travel. Solo travellers must pay single supplement before receiving offer. Fares and offers for both cruise and flights are capacity controlled, subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Land programmes and gratuities are additional.
