Located between Downtown and the Ocheuteal Beach, is the most famous monument - Golden Lions monument, which comprises two large golden statues of a male and female lion.

Ho Chi Minh City is Vietnam's largest city. Until 1975, the city was known under the name Saigon. Ho Chi Minh City is located north of the Mekong Delta on the west bank of the Saigon River. There are attractions such as the Reunification Palace, the French-built 'Notre Dame' Cathedral, as well as numerous theaters and parks. The Reunification Palace is widely seen as a symbol of the end of the war and guided tours of the palace are highly recommended. The Vietnamese coastal town of Nha Trang is located on the South China Sea and to the north of the capital, Ho Chi Minh City. Because of the scenic beaches iand the charming town, Nha Trang has become a top holiday destination in Vetnam. An abundance of islands and bays suitable for bathing and watersports await. There are numerous points of interests for tourists such as the 'Oceanographic Museum of Vietnam'which offers a unique insight into the marine life of the region.

Hue is a city in central Vietnam. Local attractions include the Citadel with the Forbidden City, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993.
