Thira is a Greek island located on the South Aegean Volcanic Belt. In the western part of the island, one sees clearly that is the remnant of a volcano. The inhabited parts of the island are known for their beautiful white villages with colorful shutters and blue domes. Monemvasia is located on a rock off the coast of Laconia. The Greek town was once a fortress and thus an important base. Settlement on the rocks began in 583 so Monemvasia is very rich in cultural treasures and historic sites.

Itea is a Greek town in the region of Central Greece. Itea offers a beautiful and well kept promenade, from which you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf of Corinth.

Nydri is a small popular tourist town and community on the east coast of the island Lefkada, Greece.

Sarande is a port city in southern Albania. Sarande is a well-known seaside resort with the charm of a small coastal town. Many Albanians opt to spend their honeymoon in Sarande.

The port city of Kotor lies at the southeastern end of the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro. The city is surrounded by up 2000 meter high mountains. In 1979 the city was included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The 4.5 km long city wall and the Romanesque Cathedral of St. Tryphon Kotor are among the attractions. Kotor is an incredible historic city with several cathedrals and churches in the older part of the city.

The second largest of the seven Ionian Islands, Corfu, is often referred to as 'the green island'. Among the attractions of Corfu is the Achilleion, a palace of the Empress Elizabeth of Austria, the old town and the viewing point 'Bella Vista' at Paleokastitsa. In the centre of Corfu is the Panagia Spiliotissa Catherdral and Platiteraklooster.
