You can choose between Club Dining, where you eat at the same table at the same time every night, or Freedom Dining, where you have no fixed seating or time, aboard P&O Cruises Ventura ship. Complimentary restaurants include the Waterside Buffet, where you can feast on expertly crafted morsels any time of day, and the refined Cinnamon, which offers a five-course menu. Fancy something different? Speciality options mean the chance to cook your own steak at The Beach House, or enjoy delectable dishes perfectly paired with wines handpicked by renowned expert Olly Smith at The Glass House.
It’s easy to fill the hours at sea aboard Ventura. There are four pools to enjoy, including an adult-only choice, six whirlpools and a spa offering everything from facials and massages to manicures and haircuts. In the evenings you can visit the glamorous Fortunes Casino, watch a West End-style or cabaret show in the vast Arena Theatre or enjoy some live music or comedy in the sumptuous Tamarind Club before having a boogie at Havana, the ship’s Cuban-themed nightclub.
Nights aboard the Ventura cruise ship are sure to be cosy, with comfy cabins ranging from single interior options to ultra-luxurious suites. Take your pick from Inside, Sea View, Balcony or Suite, and enjoy spacious, stylish staterooms with everything you need to feel right at home, whether you’re travelling solo or setting off on a family holiday.
While the Ventura cruise ship is certainly family friendly, with four age-specific kids clubs and family cruise excursions and tours, it’s fair to say that it doesn’t have quite the range of kid-focused amenities that many other ships have, and tends to be most popular among the older crowd. With a smart dress code and two formal nights for most week-long cruises, those fond of dressing up as part of their cruise experience will particularly enjoy Ventura.
P&O Cruises believe that you shouldn’t have to pay extra for great service, which is why all cruise gratuities are included within your Ventura cruise. Additional inclusions cover gym facilities, the sports deck, pool and relaxation areas, as well as dance classes, children’s clubs and passenger entertainment.
Staying connected on board Ventura is easy – not only should your mobile phone work as it does whilst onshore, there are tailored internet packages available.
With a wide range of round-trip cruises departing from Southampton, Ventura is ideal for UK travellers seeking adventures everywhere from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean. Whether you want to discover culture in Copenhagen, stroll along the canals of Amsterdam or swim in crystal clear waters in the Bahamas, Venture has cruises lasting three to 35 nights to some of the world’s most incredible destinations. Whether you’re pining for soft white sand or cultural delights, take a look at our Ventura cruises from 2024 onwards to scratch your travel itch.
P&O Cruises Ventura can hold up to 3,078 passengers.
As with other P&O cruises, Ventura does not allow smoking in cabins (including balconies) or in public spaces on the ship. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas on each deck.
