DINING
While you’re sailing the world on the Norwegian Joy, you’ll get the opportunity to eat your way around it too. There are multiple mouth-watering dining options onboard, from the fresh, varied delights of the three main dining rooms (The Manhattan Room, Savour, and Taste), to the more casual buffet at the Garden Room, or the even more laidback room service. If you’re looking for something a little more unique, you can try the specialty dining options. Take a taste-trip east to Teppanyaki, the ship’s Japanese option, or get carnivorous at the Steak House or the Texas BBQ. Regardless of what you’re hankering for, you’ll find it on board.
ENTERTAINMENT AND THINGS TO DO
While the Norwegian Joy stops off in some incredible destinations, the ship itself is rammed full of things to do. From a state of the art, two-storey racetrack that’s the first of its kind in the world, to lazer tag and mini golf, to the adrenaline pumping water parks (yes, plural!), you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to things to do.As evening hits, the entertainment ramps up as well. Music lovers can head to Footloose, Norwegian Joy’s all-singing rendition of the famous film. Lovers of classic rock can grab a seat at the Cavern Club, where Beatles tunes play throughout the night. The cabins aboard the Norwegian Joy vary in size, but you’re always sure to be swaddled in comfort. The Inside Rooms go well beyond being simply functional, gorgeously designed despite their compact nature. From there, you can move up to an Ocean View room, a Balcony Room, and, of course, the Suites, which come with a whole host of incredible amenities. With that all said, there’s no doubt the premiere accommodation on the ship is The Haven suites. Perched at the top of the ship, they combine chic furnishings with optimal comfort and stunning sea views.
