Launched in 1998, Grand Princess is one of the first ships in the Princess cruise fleet. At one time, it was the largest ship on the sea. It has since been surpassed in size by modern mega-ships, but at 109,000 tons and 951 feet with a maximum capacity of 3,100 passengers, the Grand-class ship is still pretty impressive in size.
Having recently been refurbished, there are a whole host of innovative and exciting features on board, including a Princess cruise favourite – Movies Under the Stars. This huge, 300 square foot LED screen located in the main pool area will allow you to snuggle up under the stars and enjoy your favourite movie.
