IDEAL FOR

While the Queen Victoria is a family friendly ship and offers age-specific kids’ clubs, it is perhaps best suited to couples. Being a smaller ship, it lacks amenities such as waterslides and arcades that its larger counterparts offer, and its luxurious cabins, fine dining and formal areas are probably more likely to appeal to adults, along with its range of nightlife options including the Chart Room cocktail bar and the Commodore Club.

USEFUL INFORMATION

The dress code aboard Cunard’s Queen Victoria consists of casual attire during the day, e.g., t-shirts, shorts, summer dresses and skirts etc. In the evenings, guests can choose between smart attire such as a dress shirt and trousers or cocktail dress, or more casual clothing if unwinding in the ship’s more relaxed spaces. Cruises of seven nights or more will have at least two Gala Evenings, which have a black-tie dress code.
