All information contained in any of our promotional material, e.g. brochures, advertisements, mail shots, websites, travel channel and e-shots, is based on information available at the time of publication. Every effort is made to keep our websites and promotions up to date but tour operators are continually updating their information so we cannot guarantee that this is reflected in the latest changes. We cannot include all the information relevant to the tour operator's holidays being promoted so it is important that you read their current brochure or visit their website for further details. We reserve the right to change any information before your booking is confirmed and the amended information will then form part of your contract with us. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and prices at the time of printing, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. Wave 2025 Promotion
1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “Wave 2025” offer. Qualified bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking for a second person traveling in company, plus a free “Bar Tab,” in varying amounts depending on the length of voyage; see the “Promotional Bar Tab” section below.
Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller:
● During November 2024 through January 2025: “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 80% off.” Under the ”Wave 2025 Offer,” through 30 January 2025 Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 40% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin (see section 3.1 for Eligible Cabins) Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 40% off their Voyage Fare. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1. During November 2024 through January 2025 Promotional Bar Tab.

Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin (see section 3.1 for Eligible Cabins)
Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 40% off their Voyage Fare. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1.

Promotional Bar Tab.
● During November 2024 through January 2025: Any voyage lasting nine (9) nights or more will receive $300 USD in a “Bar Tab,” that is, a bar credit, for the cabin. Any voyage lasting between six (6) through eight (8) nights will receive a $200 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. Any voyage lasting four (4) through five (5) nights will receive a $100 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. The Bar Tab will be added to the lead passenger’s (i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice) folio. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.2
● During February 2025: Any voyage lasting nine (9) nights or more will receive $300 USD in a “Bar Tab,” that is, a bar credit, for the cabin. Any voyage lasting between six (6) through eight (8) nights will receive a $200 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. Any voyage lasting five (5) nights will receive a $100 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. ● Bookings starting February 28, 2025 : Any voyage lasting nine (9) nights or more will receive $300 USD in a “Bar Tab,” that is, a bar credit, for the cabin. Any
voyage lasting between seven (7) through eight (8) nights will receive a $200 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. Any voyage lasting five (5) nights through six (6) nights will receive a $100 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. Any voyage lasting four (4) nights will receive a $50 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. The Bar Tab will be added to the lead passenger’s (i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice) folio. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.2.
2. Eligible Voyages
● Eligible Bookings During November 2024 through January 2025. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 13 November 2024 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 30 January 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.
● Eligible Bookings During February 2025. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 31 January 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 28 February 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.
● Bookings starting February 28, 2025. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 1 March 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 27 March 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.
3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "Wave 2025” offers are subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
3.1. Eligible Cabins, Percentage Off: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider
cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”Wave 2025” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.
3.2. Eligible Cabins, Bar Tab: Only Rockstar Quarters and select Sea Terrace MetaCategory cabins are eligible for the Bar Tab in the “Wave 2025” Offer. The select Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Bar Tab does not apply to the following cabins: all Lock It In Rate cabins, Mega Rockstar, Sea View and Insider Meta Cabin Categories.
3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the “Wave 2025” Offer.

The “Wave 2025” Offer is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:

● Sail & Save Offers
● Reduced rate programs
● Any other tactical offers
4. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time.
